To purchase a custom weight training workout made by me for you, the cost is £35 for a program that is intended to be run for 12 weeks. After payment you will receive your custom program within 3 working days.
You will also get free support from me once a week by email after the 12 weeks are up for a further two months with your training.

Please let me know your current strength level in exercises such as the bench press, squat and deadlift. Also let me know if you have any injuries that mean you are unable to perform certain movements. Eg. if you have a bad lower back injury and are unable to perform back squats and deadlifts. Or your shoulder prevents you from performing bench presses.
Let me know which movements you are able to perform, also let me know your current situation with regards to free time available for training. Do you want to lift weights 2x a week, 3x a week or 4x a week.
